Relic Rides Limited Warranty

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, eligible products sold by Relic Rides include a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.

This Limited Warranty begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser and applies only to products purchased directly from Relic Rides.

What This Warranty Covers

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturer defects in the product itself that are present under normal intended use during the warranty period.

If Relic Rides determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that a product is covered by this Limited Warranty, Relic Rides may choose one of the following remedies:

  • replacement of the defective product or defective component;

  • store credit up to the original purchase price paid for the product;

  • refund up to the original purchase price paid for the product; or

  • another remedy Relic Rides determines appropriate under the circumstances.

Relic Rides reserves the right to inspect the product, request photos, videos, installation details, proof of purchase, and other information reasonably necessary to evaluate a warranty claim.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear;

  • cosmetic damage that does not affect product function;

  • improper installation, removal, repair, modification, or alteration;

  • misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, racing, off-road use, commercial use, or use outside the product’s intended purpose;

  • damage caused by other parts, vehicles, tools, fluids, electrical issues, environmental conditions, or external causes;

  • products installed on incompatible vehicles or applications;

  • products damaged during installation or removal;

  • labor, installation, removal, diagnostic, towing, storage, rental vehicle, downtime, or warranty repair costs;

  • shipping costs, unless Relic Rides expressly agrees otherwise in writing;

  • items sold as used, open-box, clearance, final sale, scratch-and-dent, or “as-is,” unless warranty coverage is expressly stated on the product page;

  • damage caused by failure to follow manufacturer instructions, specifications, warnings, or recommended maintenance; or

  • any issue not directly caused by a manufacturer defect in the product itself.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, contact us at info@relicrides.com with:

  1. your order number or proof of purchase;

  2. a description of the issue;

  3. clear photos or videos showing the issue;

  4. photos of the product as installed, if applicable;

  5. vehicle year, make, model, trim, and relevant fitment information; and

  6. any other information reasonably requested by Relic Rides.

Do not discard, modify, repair, return, or ship a product before receiving instructions from Relic Rides. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Relic Rides may require the product to be returned for inspection before approving a warranty claim. Approval of a warranty claim is not guaranteed and remains subject to Relic Rides’ review and determination.

Limit of Warranty Coverage

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relic Rides’ total responsibility under this Limited Warranty is limited to the amount actually paid by the original purchaser for the product giving rise to the claim.

Relic Rides is not responsible for labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, diagnostic charges, repair costs, towing, storage, rental vehicle costs, loss of use, lost time, lost profits, inconvenience, incidental damages, consequential damages, or any other costs or damages beyond the value of the product itself.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.

No Guarantee of Fitment Unless Expressly Stated

Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for their vehicle, application, and intended use before purchase and installation. Any fitment information provided by Relic Rides is for general guidance only unless expressly stated otherwise.

Vehicle variations, prior modifications, aftermarket parts, production differences, and installation conditions may affect fitment. Relic Rides is not responsible for costs or damages resulting from incorrect fitment, installation, or application.

Manufacturer Warranty

Some products may also be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer warranty terms, if any, are provided by the manufacturer and may differ from this Limited Warranty.

Relic Rides may, at its discretion, assist customers with manufacturer warranty claims, but Relic Rides is not responsible for a manufacturer’s approval, denial, processing time, repair decision, or warranty terms.

No Other Warranties

Except as expressly stated in this Limited Warranty or as required by applicable law, Relic Rides makes no additional warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding any product, including any warranty that a product will meet a customer’s particular needs, expectations, vehicle configuration, or intended use.

Any implied warranties that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law are limited, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to the duration of this Limited Warranty.

Warranty Is Non-Transferable

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner, buyer, or user of the product.

Changes to This Warranty

Relic Rides may update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time. The warranty terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase unless otherwise required by law.
